EXPERT WITNESS FOR CLEAN ENERGY NH
Clean Energy NH (formerly the NH Sustainable Energy Association) retained ETE’s principle to serve as an expert witness in a proceeding related to the development of successor net metering tariffs (NH PUC 16-576). ETE assisted the client’s attorney with discovery and entered initial and rebuttal testimony into the record.

EXPERT WITNESS FOR THE ENERGY CONSORTIUM (TEC)
ETE was retained by TEC to serve as an expert witness in Eversource’s electric rate case docketed as MA DPU 17-05. ETE’s principle submitted an initial, rebuttal, and sur-rebuttal testimony into the record focused on issues related to rate design, apportionment of costs among customer classes, service quality, rate treatment of property taxes, and other items.
