Retained by client to provide a detailed history of rate components for the rates used to determine net metering compensation for an anaerobic digestion system. ETE’s presentation and companion spreadsheets provided 10+ years of history of each disaggregated rate component along with a summary of drivers, rate setting mechanisms, and sensitivities by component. ETE’s data was used to help project investors gain greater familiarity with the net metering mechanism for anaerobic digestion in MA and gauge the expected range of variation in net metering compensation rates.
