A retailer energy supplier active in New Jersey requested that ETE bring them up to speed on the current state of the NJ RPS and compliance requirements for the next few years. ETE wrote a concise memo for internal distribution at the retail supplier explaining the calendar for NJ RPS compliance, increases in the RPS per the Clean Energy Act of 2018, changes to the SREC program, and preliminary information regarding Offshore Wind OREC mandates.
