ETE was retained by a client that had an existing relationship with a major US City. The electric utility serving this city had recently implemented a new billing system that resulted in widespread and sustained billing errors. Despite significant challenges obtaining utility billing data for this client, ETE was able to collate and organize utility bills for hundreds of accounts and create a taxonomy of issue types.
